Today,I went training independently.
Because,if I didn't do,my physical abillity would weaken.
First,I trained body trunk by doing "V sit's set "and training my spine.
Secand,I turned my arm with having dumbbell whose weight is 2kg.
After,I did various menu.
Last,I taked machine like bicycle by choicing Lv13 and 15 minute.
