My Neighborhood by Yoshihiko

Hello everyone. I introduce my neighborhood. This picture is cats gathering. They always gather around a station. There are always 5 or 6 cats in this spot. Why they gather? If someone walks up, they run away. But they come back after people passed this spot. What do you think about their secret meeting?
